Comments about KT Tape Pre-Cut 20 ct Injury Recovery: I have questionable knees (cartilage tears on both and past surgeries). I get a bit of runners knee from time to time and taping it as instructed really gives the knee a bit of a "springy" feeling. You have to be cautious of clean surface, shaving where you apply. As with any tape, it will come off. Take your time applying it. If you have a crimped edge, sweat will work it's way down and pull it off. Their site has good videos on applications. It just get's me through days that are not feeling so great and allows me to keep going.

Comments about KT Tape Pre-Cut 20 ct Injury Recovery: I used this to tape my achilles for a marathon. It didn't rub, chafe, or cause any problems and provided adequate support for my mild tendon strain. For a more severe strain, I would have gone with an actual brace.

Comments about KT Tape Pre-Cut 20 ct Injury Recovery: The beige tape was really not sticky enough for my knee. I followed the KT YouTube channel's video on taping for medial knee support. Following the video's instructions, I went through four tear off pieces (2 on each knee). They fell off promptly. I figured that I stretched the tape too tightly and tried again. Success no knee pain, but the tape ends peeled off 1.5 miles into my run. Kinesio Gold tape or Rock tape seems more durable, sticky, and water resistant.

Comments about KT Tape Pre-Cut 20 ct Injury Recovery: I got this tape to help treat my weak ankle and it's been helping. I just wish it stuck longer. I get one long run out of each application. Rubbing alcohol helps with keeping it on my skin.
