Comments about KT Tape Pro 20-strip Roll Injury Recovery: I went into Road Runner Sports complaining of a sore tendon the day before a marathon. The employees there suggested i use KT Tape to help relieve the stress and the pain. I was so sore that i didn't expect to be able to run at all but i wanted to try to run as much of it a possible. To my surprise, KT Tape helped alleviate the pain and discomfort and i was able to finish the race. To be honest, i didn't believe it would work but it did. I didn't realize how effective it was until i took it off and tried to walk without it. This stuff really does work.

Comments about KT Tape Pro 20-strip Roll Injury Recovery: A lifesaver. If it makes sense, I am a recreational long distance runner. I typically run about 5-6 half marathons a year. I'm over 40. Last year I tried to push through my training for the NYC marathon and broke down at the 18 mile plateau. My right knee would swell and have lingering pain for weeks after running. Diagnoses with slight meniscus tear and frayed cartilege. I took 4 moths off and resumed slowly. Still plain flared up. Was at the NYC half marathon expo and I saw a demo of kt tape. My knee was actually in pain an I had a pt tape my knee with 3 strips. I kid you not, it felt like I had a new knee! After 3-4 days I pulled it off and felt 90%. After another long run, same. It greatly helps with recovery I have almost no discomfort and after. Few days, it's great. I ran my first 15k of the season and feel better than I did with 5k two Months ago. Best Uses Comments about KT Tape Pro 20-strip Roll Injury Recovery: I find this product useful. Helpful if someone shows you at an expo how to use it. Take pictures. Videos online are ok. For some applications you need an assistant, for others an assistant is helpful. I find it easier to do knees than the calf. Much better than the cotton KT tape.
