I first bought the Maia when I started training for a half marathon, and am now wearing it for marathon training. It provides comfort, support, and no chaffing whatsoever, which is rare in an under wire. I am a C cup and also wear it to the gym, for step, and Zumba with zero bounce. If you are between cup sizes I would recommend going with the smaller cup for more support and less movement though.

The Maia is so comfortable that it is the only bra I wear now, even for every day. The straps stay put, there are no seams to show through a t-shirt, and the band and straps are smoothing and minimize back/side bulges. I like to wear polo shirts and even if the top of the bra peeks out it looks like a camisole and I don't have to worry about showing more than I intend when I bend over.

The only problem I have had is that the fabric on the inner bra, between the under wire, tends to fall apart a bit. It still holds and does it's job, it just looks bad. Also, since they can't be bleached the white one turns a sweaty grey color after a while. My beige one looks great even after a year of wear, but black is my favorite!

My all-natural DD cups require a lot of support and I've been wearing this bra for over a decade. I used to wear two bras for exercising until I discovered this gem. Unfortunately a few years ago the company redesigned the Maia, giving it adjustable straps. I supposed this makes it more accessible to different sized women, but the adjustable straps chaffe like crazy where the straps attach to the body of the bra. This has been true for every color of the new version I own, so it's not an anomaly. Anti-chaffe helps, but I prefer the old model better :(

I purchased this bra (40DD) for sports and found the underwire was so comfortable and looked good that I now wear it for everyday use. My other underwires become uncomfortable at the end of the day, not this bra. I highly recommend this bra.

This sports bra is excellent, with one small exception. In the last 9 months, I have repurchased this bra 3 times as I have reduced my bra size. I start on the outermost hook and eye setting, work my way in to the tightest setting and then repurchase a smaller bra and start over. When I start on the outermost hook and eye setting, the piece of fabric under the eye is too short and the hook causes a laceration on my back. Is there any way to make this fabric section longer? I just repurchased the bra again and the problem, once again has recurred. Other than this, this product is, hands down, the BEST bra I've owned.

I seldom leave reviews, but had to because this is really the best sports bra ever. I'm a 36DD, and I run. It's so hard to find something this comfortable and supportive. By far the best sports bra I've come across to date!

As a 36 DD I have tried so many bras the past ten years since I took up running, and never have I found one this close to perfect. I did buy it as a D not DD per the reviews I read, and would suggest it to others. Extremely comfortable, did not move, rub, slide, and did not give the uniboob appearance. Would definitely recommend.

This is the most wonderful sports bra I've ever owned! Coming from someone who has had to wear 2 sports bras all her life (and had dealt with the resulting "uniboob") I will never have another sports bra. I am a D cup and just thought bounce was something everyone dealt with when they ran...boy was I wrong! Get one, you will not be disappointed..!

I save this bra for my marathon races. I thought I wanted to keep it soft because some of the other bras chafe just under the band after about 10 miles on sticky days. Interesting to read others wear it for daily use. I hadn't thought of that but it does fit well.

The only con is this is not a sports bra I would want to be seen in when changing my shirt. I wear a 34DD and the one I found in a sports store is white.

This is my favorite all-purpose bra. I'm a 36D and prefer not to look like Jayne Mansfield. I wear this bra for running and weight training, but also for everyday. It has a rather high, plain neckline. Under low-necked clothing, it looks like a camisole or tank top, which I like The underwire gives me a good shape, but is still comfortable. The only problem is that the outline of the "modesty pads" shows through.

This sports bra is great. However once I took up running, I went down a size and they only make this bra in C-D cups. But it gave me great support and it was easy to put on and take off.

Love the low cut, V neck tops are what I prefer, this bra allows that.

This bra is awesome! Being a busty gal and a nursing mom I needed to find something with a lot of support. This bra is great for jogging and just wearing around while you run errands.

Very well made bra, comfortable fit. Creates semi-uniboob look. The two-layered bra is a good idea - the underbra gives support, the overbra add a bit of comression and camoflages any over flow. As a bonus, it resembles a tank so if it peeps out from a shirt you don't look like your bra is showing.
However for a well endowed person, there is not enough compression - too much upward movement. This would be good for some medium intensity work, like the gym, biking, maybe some jogging if you're not too well endowed, but not good for high motion activity like running, horseback riding, etc. Also the band under the cups rolls under.
On the plus size - it does fit an E, which is near impossible to find in a good sport bra. Talked to the manufactuerer rep and will be returning this for a Juno, which is suppose to be more compressive (but doesn't offer E )
