      These Mizuno shirts run small, so it's the only time I've had to buy extra-large instead of just large. Keep that in mind when you purchase one, but once they fit, they feel great. I like the snug body fit so the shirt is barely noticeable while running, yet keeps you warm. I started wearing only this when the temperature was in the low 50's, but it needs an extra layer in the low 40's.
      As for why it's 4 starts instead of 5, is because this thing does NOT block wind. The slightest breeze will make it through this shirt, and considering the fabric of this shirt requires you to sweat for it to warm up, it makes the entire shirt useless. But if you wear it as a base layer under a light wind-proof jacket like I do, it will keep you nice and warm.
