The first thing I must say is that I am not a runner! I bought these shoes because of my plantar fasciitis. With the 7's I have absolutely NO heel pain. Later I decided to buy another pair, but my running store did not carry the 7's anymore so I went with the 8's. I had to return them because I ...

I previously ran in the WC4 & loved them but this new style doesn't seem the same. I didn't have any pain or blisters with the last style but with these I get blisters & have knee & hip pain.

I too have been a Wave devotee, but this shoe has broken my loyalty. It broke down in less than 2.5 months on use of only 1 hour a day. what a waste of money.

I have been wearing the 05 & 06 loyally! Every transition to a new shoe every 6 months have been nothing but smooth until now. The new skeletal system they added is too stiff and even though I have tried and tried to break them in (ie. wearing them to work)they make my feet and my knees hurt. During...

I wear Brooks running shoes, usually the Brooks Trance. I am a medium to heavy runner with VERY high arches. This year the Brooks Trance has been moved to a stability shoe classification instead of the cushion classification. After looking at your reviews I went with the Women's Mizuno Wave Creati...

I've been wearing this model of shose since Mizuno first put them on the market. I had had problems with plantar fasciitis and that stopped after using this shoe.
Reading the other testimonials - my weight is up significantly since I began running and wearing these shoes (several medical problem...

I have been running in the wave creation for 5 years. I have absolutely loved the shoe, until the wave creation 7 has come out, and I have tried 2 pairs of wc7, and they were had the same issues. The bottom of the shoe, the inside side, wore out way faster then it should have, and way faster than t...

Just bought the Wave Creation 7s and ran 7 miles this morning. The heel strike impact is very hard (doesn't feel like cushion to my body) even while walking. It did improve during the run, but not as much as I would like. I could feel impact traveling up my body. Knees felt a little painful during t...

Absolutely awesome shoe - can't really find a fault. Great cushioning (the guy below who said it doesn't have any is either fatter than the average American - which is pretty fat - or has no experience of running shoes), great fit, great feel, light, responsive etc. etc. Tried the Nimbus VIII before...

Absolutely wonderful shoe, ideal for me - 200lbs, neutral high arches, normal width foot. Cushioning and shock absorbtion works very well, however the ride feels like a PU midsole rather than the very soft foam used in most cushioning shoes. Fit took a little while to break in, but now they feel gre...

Okay, after a few more runs and considerably more miles, I had to return these shoes. They may well work for others, however, for this 170 lb. neutral runner - they do not. With more high-mileage runs, I developed terrible shin splints and calf cramps that lasted long after the runs were over. The s...

I've run in 4's, 5's and 6's and this shoe has the best heel to toe transition of any. The firm footbed is a real plus for me. I'm a big guy, 6' 2" and 195 lbs., with a fairly neutral gait. My knees and legs are happy!

I recently bought a pair of Nike Pegasus 2005 they fit horribly and killed my knees. I switched to the Mizuno Creation 7s and out of the box ran 6.5 miles with no pain. They have a much snugger fit and feel great. The shoe is a little stiffer than others but that's what I prefer.

Follow-Up....After trying the Creation 7's (see below) and my knees aching significantly I found a pair of Creation 5's on line for half the price of the 7's. Bingo, within a week my knees were fine and all is right with the world. If you loved the 5's or 6's buy the 7's with your eyes WIDE open a...
