Awesome shoe! I run marathons/ultra-marathons and need a good, lightweight shoe that helps with my pronation. I've tried several motion control shoes before, but this one outperforms them all. I've put about 400 miles on my current pair and only now am feeling the need for a fresh pair. Much better than the Saucony Grid Stabil series.

I bought these because while I need a shoe for flat feet I was sick of running with Saucony 's Grid Stabil MC. These shoes are great - light and fast but still supply plenty of support. Already put 50 miles on them and they feel as great as the first time I tried them. Best shoe I have had in years.

I thought they would have given more support. These are the worse shoes I own. My feet kill me after each and every run. Stick with Asics GT series...love the 2110 very much, even though I one the 2100 and 2120.

I love my Wave Alchemys, they may be one of the best shoes I've ever owned (My Shox Turbo OZ's may top them)The motion control aspect has helped my pronation greatly. My only problem with them is this, they wear out very quickly if your heavy.

I really like my Mizuno Alchemy 6. They look great. They offer great support and cushioning; however I like the NB 767 better. The 767 seems to be more stable and maintains better cushioning during miles 20-26 of the marathon. I've run several 20 milers and a half marathon in the Alchemy. Still I recommend both shoes.

If you're a mild/moderate overpronator, this shoe is great. Listed as a stability shoe, but really more on the motion control end, the Alchemy offers excellent stability, and as others have said, the heel fits snugly while giving me plenty of room in the toe box. The wave technology provides excellent cushioning and support, and the intercool mesh keeps my feet cool and dry during long runs. Seek advice on this shoe, as it is neither a "true" stability nor motion control shoe. Also, if you're ordering online, beware that mizunos tend to run a half size smaller than most brands.

Best running shoe for me on the market. I have tried a bunch of them over the years, but always come back to this shoe as my consistent workhorse!! Also like the Inspire to rotate with the Alch.

I've put about 30 miles on the shoes and so far they feel great. I have significant overpronation and my feet have felt very stable so far. They also feel very light. They look great too.

WORSE SHOW EVER. I THOUGHT THEY MAY HAVE JUST NEEDED AN EXTRA BREAK IN, BUT I HAVE NEARLY 150+ MILES ON THEM, AND MY FEET KILL ME AFTER MY RUNS. DONT BUY THIS SHOE!

I started back into a running program after several years out of the sport. I've always had a problem with shin splints in previous years, especially when just starting out. I bought this shoe the other day prior to starting back into running and I've not had the first problem with shin splints or joint pain. This is a great shoe!

Excellent trainer and longer distance race shoe. Great support and stability with ample cushioning. Nice roomy toe box and tight heel pocket. I have taken this shoe right out of the box and run 20 plus miles more than once.
