Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

best running shoes i have ever owed. in the past i have had problems with blisters, shin splits etc. my feet actually healed while continuing to run daily with the shoes. they are incredibly light and extremely comfortable. they also have great cushioning.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I spent more money on these than any other pair I've owned, and I like them the least! They feel good out of the box, but about 2 miles into my run, my right foot feels like it's sliding off the side of the shoe (though it's not). My knees end up hurting, too. So these shoes have shortened my longest runs fro 11 miles to 7! I had Saucony before and loved them, but thought I'd try something different anyway. So sorry I did!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

have been running in adidas for a long time. tried this shoe on at RRS, knew it was the one! went for 6 mi run yesterday, felt great. Light, supportive, flexible, snug feel, lots of control & stability (i run on dirt hills/trails). Paid full price in store :( but other than that very happy so far!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I have tried tons of sneakers. I finally got fitted at an orthotic shop, and this one was "the one". I am so thrilled with these shoes. They provide unmatched arch support and just enough cushioning. My feet and legs dont hurt at all when running. I am forever a fan!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

Nicely cushioned shoe and support but found the area where the tongue attaches and the stiching goes across the shoe is binding. The stitching comes completely across the toes down along the sides and makes it feel as if it binds the forefoot. Other than that, it is a great shoe. They need to fix how they have constructed the stitching in that area.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I need a stability shoe, but as a small runner, needed something light weight. I switched from the Brooks GTS 7 and immediately fell in love, superior comfort, and cushion, light weight, and my calves and needs didn't hurt at all.

loved at first. then got a big blister on the side of my big toe from the shoe. also found the toebox a bit narrow. perhaps that could have been the cause of the blister.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I am a larger runner (5'8" and 160 lbs) and overpronate. I ordered these shoes because I was having problems with shin splints and an RRS rep recommended I try them. I ran 8 miles in them out of the box--over the hills and through the woods. LOVE the cushioning and just loved the feel of the shoe on my non-running feet. I returned them however since they rubbed both heels raw and bloody every time I ran in them, no matter how I had them laced.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I bought my first pair of Mizunos about 4 years ago and haven't gone back since. I have had knee, back and foot issues, but these shoes help me keep truckin'. The only problem is my size is ,10.25 so the 10 is too small and 10.5 is too big. Otherwise, the shoe is perfect.

Great shoes! I have bunions on both feet and trouble with posterior tibial tendonitis. These shoes fit perfectly. They feel very stable, but still a lot of cushion. Please do not change this shoe!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 3 Running Shoe:

I LOVE this shoe. I always wore Saucony for the cushioning and then later switched to Brooks for a while. I was never able to wear Mizuno shoes until last year when Mizuno smartly widened the toe box while keeping the snug heel fit. I am a larger runner with a flat foot and these shoes provide the support and comfort I need without the weight of most trainers. The arch support is wonderful so I did not need to add an insert. Way to go Mizuno!
