I tried to switch from the Mizuno Renegade 3 to the Alchemy because it's lighter. It was a big mistake. The Alchemy works if you do NOT need a motion control shoe. I listened to some moron at a local Fleet Feet store tell me how my renegades were "overdoing it." I should have gone with my gu

After two 5K runs, I miss my asics - do indeed feel like I'm running on bricks - light shoe, but not very solid on ankle, don't feel any "give". may get better with time - will let you know!
