I am 5' 10' and 200lbs. I put in around 30 miles a week and have had nothing but good luck with these shoes. Mizuno has done a great job with these and they keep getting better. If you are a heavier runner and prone to shin, ankle, and knee pain these are the shoes for you!

First ever stability shoe I purchased. At 5'10" and 155 lbs, this shoe is a little over-the-top as far as my needs are concerned, however, this is by far the most supportive shoe I've ever worn.

I am a pretty big guy and I found this model gave me ample support with durable, but firm cushioning. The upper is very breathable which I really like. 5 Stars for the new Nirvana!

How has the transition been compromised when this is the exact same shoe (misole, wave, outsole) as the Nirvana 3? I personally think the new upper (only change) fits much more naturally than previous. Great update Mizuno!

Have been running in Nirvana 3. The 4 seems to have too much of a transition between heel and midfoot. Not a good update.

This is a very good shoe. Better than New Balance 1223. The ride on this shoe is more firm than the Kayano 14. The Kayano has far more cushioning than the Nirvana. As far as the comments on Roadrunner Sports, I have always been treated great. They do a good job of offering well thoughout advice.
