These are my on-season and off-season shoes, and I really like the way these worked out. I used them on long runs and short, they are all over good. They tie up well, they are cushioned medium-well, and they handle miles.

Shoe slaps ground in forefoot. Not really for long runs. Seems better for small step jogging, not so much for long running strides. Not for a mild supernator(sp?). Just not comfortable. I gave up on these at 150 miles:( Has great heal cushioning though.
