Love this shoe, bit stiff at beginning, but soon is great.
My old 8's went for 400 miles until i wore the sole out.
Love them, i found they felt lighter than the Nimbus and more resposive
6 foot 200lbs, 40-50 miles pw.
Used for long and recovery runs

I'm 6'1", 205. Used to run on Wave Creations several years ago and I loved them. I switch over the Saucony ProGrid Triumph until Saucony succeeded in jacking those up!! So I decided I would switch back to the Mizunos. These are the worst Wave Creations I have run on. The heel is too stuff and I now
