If you have low arches and need stability, get these shoes!! You won't regret it. They have great support and look much nicer than most shoes of this kind.

I have used three pairs of the Nirvana 4 and was very satisfied. Wonderful heel and forefoot cushioning. Stability was also great. I purchased a pair of the 5's and upon wearing themn, immediately notice a difference. Not as much cushioning in the rear and developed blisters after running in them. I
