I usually use the wave nirvana4 and wanted to try the latest version 5. these feel flat and stiff. It really does feel like I'm running on flat tires. I always had Mizuno brand shoes but really thinking about other brands that have better cushioning. my knee caps are always in pain after running in

they work well for me, have high arches and overpronate. Tried the Kayano 15 after running full marathon in the 14 and had to ditch them after one run. The Nirvana has much more cushioning than the Asics and are stable.
