Still a great shoe. Been wearing since it was called the Mercury. This update, however, lost some stability as they try to get lighter. Have experinced heel movement from side to side

Was wearing Mizuno Nirvana 4's and 5's, and tried the Inspire 5 - love it. Lighter than the Nirvana, and I'm on the light side so the support is fine. Buying a spare set

Reminds me of the ASICs DS Trainer I tried a long time ago. Snug midfoot and wider toe and heel. Good all-around shoe for someone with wider feet looking for a lightweight shoe with good stability (yet flexible too) and decent cushioning. For me, I prefer the Nike Air Zoom Elite as I have a narrow, low volume foot and Nike often seems to have less volume in their shoes.

This is a great shoe combining stability with a decent amount of cushioning. Really lightweight too. An impressive update for sure.

Great shoe, i had the Alchemy 8's and they were a bit lighter but these are a lot better.
