Great shoe. Feels lighter than advertised and allows for great roll through the step. MIzuno doesn't pack so much junk into the shoe (thick cushion, heavy duty plastic Motion control stuff), which allows your foot to actually feel the step, which I think is key to good mechanics. I wear custom or
