Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: These do not feel as comfortable as the Inspire 5 which I loved. These feel tight and don't seem to have as much cushioning. Maybe good for shorter runs but I am going to look for a better shoe for longer runs.
Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: LOVE IT! I wore the Inspire 5's and I just got my pink Inspire 6! This shoe is so comfortable, I love the flexibility in the forefoot, the stability and the fantastic cushioning! Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: These sneakers are as comfortable as the wave inspire 5s that I own. They are a half a size smaller then the 5s but fit nice and comfortable.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: Good shoe but VERY narrow! Putting insert in makes them even tighter. Great heal impact cushion. Guides the foot real well. Don't like the heal to forefoot transfer; it isn't smooth and slaps the ground loudly.
Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: Mizuno just made the perfect shoe a little less perfect. The "improved" heel collar material is way too slippery with technical socks. Otherwise, same great shoe. You can't improve perfection. Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: Finally able to switch back to Mizuno from Asics! In the past, I found the shoe too firm/the heel collar too under-padded (it irritated my retrocalcaneal bursa). This model seems to be much better padded and feels great! Pros

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: I went from running in the Nike Triax 12 (the 13 didn't fit as well) to these, and have never turned back. These fit my feet like a glove (which is personal to each runner of course), and I have been uninjured through 3 half marathons, and my current marathon tranining. Lightweight, good pronation control, and nice cushioning!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: This is my second pair of Mizuno Waves, I had the 5 and now the 6. I think the are great shoes. I am a beginning runner, I love how light weight they are and they look great too.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: After a month, I still can't get used to the posted heel. The angle is far more extreme than anything else I've tried--great for my knees but puts an uncomfortable stretch on my outer ankle. Every time I put them on, I say yuck; but, they do a great job for my knees. So light and the upper is fabulous. Breathable and supportive. The outsole shows a lot of wear though...the lug design is almost worn off. This shoe is perfect for a floppy foot looking for lightweight, breathable control...superfeet green fit perfectly also.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: great running shoe, feel so good while running

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: Mizuno designs a great shoe for those runners who like to feel the road. The design of their shoes have a slight curve in the sole at the toe and heel.(The shoe is not boxy) This slight curve allows you to roll through your step without feeling the jar other "cushy" shoes may give you. This shoe is good for a mild over-pronator. I pronate only on one foot. This shoe is also good for someone with regular or high arches and/or narrow feet as well.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: I absolutely LOVED the Wave inspire 4, so much so that I ordered a back-up pair. When I couldn't find it anymore, I tried the Inspire 5. Hated it. The toe box was wider, the heel didn't fit snugly, and I got blisters on the side of my foot nearly everytime I went running. Then the 6 came out. I was a little trepidatious after 5, but thought I'd give it a chance. The shoe I loved is back! And in a fun new color combo to boot! I love this shoe because it is incredibly light weight, hugs your midfoot like a glove (I have an average width foot), doesn't let your forefoot slide around, and can keep a skinny heel from slipping. I've run on every kind of surface (the traction is not quite grippy enough for some trails, but then , that's why you buy a trail shoe, right?). My only issue is that the laces aren't quite long enough. I use the runner's knot to make sure my heel doesn't move, and when I do, there is just barely enough lace left to tie a small bow. I usually wear them with an orthotic, but I've gone without and not had any issues. I'm not quite done with this pair, but I just received a second pair so I don't have to worry about what to order after wearing this pair out.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: These shoes are soooo comfortable and I will never be satisfied with any other brand! I just got my shoes today and have not yet tried them running, but the comfort is amazing! YOU HAVE TO ORDER a half size larger. I am usually a 9 but ordered 9.5... I also suggest ordering a WIDE as these are a very narrow shoe, even in WIDES. The cushion in the soles are amazing!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: These are great shoes, but aren't right for me. I am trying to find a replacement for my beloved New Balance 763 that I know one day will go away and started having problems with when I increased my mileage. These are very light, comfortable (in general), but the toe box is just too narrow for me. My outermost toes would start to go numb after about 5 miles. If you need/like a wide toe box these likely won't work for you but otherwise seemed to be a good shoe.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: I wore Adidas for years and switched to Wave 5s 9 mos ago due to IT band issues. I love these shoes. I did Ironman training and a marathon in the Wave 5s and have done a marathon in the Wave 6 now. These shoes are great, no complaints. They do run significantly smaller than the Adidas. I am wearing a 7.5 now vs. 6.5 before.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: I just started running again after six years off, am training for a marathon. My knees started bothering me when I got above 20 miles a week on adidas supernova classics, but I switched to these and all is well again.
Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe: I am a die hard Asics fan, but wanted to try something different. Going back to the Asics 2100 series. These shoes hurt my feet and brought out a Mortons Neuroma that had been dormant for 5 years.
