Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I absolutely LOVED the MWR 13's. Unfortunately for me, the 14 has a more narrow toe box and too much cushion in the heal for my taste. I got a half size up and it helped - it was an ok fit, and I have put in a few miles in them, but I am no longer enchanted with the Wave Rider. It's just not the perfect running shoe for me anymore. I would recommend these for anyone who doesn't have my big wide toes and likes a little extra bounce in the heal. I just wish that Mizuno wouldn't make such big changes!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: These shoes are way above my expectations. I am a CNA and work alot of hours. I always got pain in the middle of my arch. No more. They are comfortable and true to size. I workout in these also. I can workout as long as I want to without any pain. Thanks for suggesting these Heather. You Rock!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: Love this shoe. I have a narrow foot, so still trying to figure out what size I should be wearing. I usually wear the Asics 2160's and wear a 9.5. I ordered the 9.5 narrow of these Mizuno's and they were too small. I returned them for a 10 regular because the narrows weren't in stock, but they feel a bit wide in the foot bed. I think I'll try the 10 narrows next time. But love this shoe especially for brick workouts since they are so light!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I love the 13s and have been wearing them for a while. The same size and width in the 14s, however, are much too short, just as other reviewers mention. My big toe actually touches the front of the shoe when I am standing still. Should recommend buyers to size UP one FULL size.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: The Mizuno Wave Rider is the only shoe I'll run in anymore. I've been wearing it for at least two years, and when I think I want to try something new, it's never as good, so I keep going back. I've trained for three (working on four) marathons in these shoes, and they hold up to the mileage. Once I've completed a training program and marathon, I'll get a new pair. They do tend to wear out after 3-4 months, but that's because I run a lot of miles. The cushioning is unsurpassed, and they don't need to be broken in. L-O-V-E these shoes!! I really like the gray/lavender color scheme on the 14s - not the usual boring girly-girl pink :)

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I have worn these for every run for the last year. I average 25 miles a week and I am on my third pair. I am a neutral runner and they fit and support wonderfully. They are a little heavy, but I am comparing them to my minimal race shoes. Mizunos fit me the best. I have tried Asics, Brooks, etc. and the fit is never right. I know I can order any Mizuno and they will fit great. I am a 7.5 so I order an 8. The arch support is good and the toe box is nice and roomy.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I cannot say enough good things about these shoes. I have never transitioned so smoothly into a new pair of running shoes. I was off and going the first day with no blisters or rubbing. My mileage and speed have both improved thanks to this shoe!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I got fitted at a running store for the wave rider 13's and they felt great. I just got a pair of the 14's and like the previous reviewer, saw immediately that the toe box is much narrower. I went a half size up to begin with and they still feel fine, although I can definitely feel the difference in the width. I went back online to see if the 13's were still available in my size, but they were not. These still feel fine to run in, however, my vote is for the wider toe box.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I'll make this short and sweet. the wave rider 14's are my 4th pair of wave riders. I wear a 7.5 in all of them. but BEWARE, the 14's are much narrower in the toe area than previous WR's. I figured that i just broke my current ones in too much and whatnot. but I compared a pair of new 13's and 14's together and there was a visible difference. I had to go up to size 8. Try a pair on before you buy! I am glad i did!!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I started with the wave runner 13 and bought the 14 for my first marathon training. I found them to be less cushin than the 13. The 14 is very light weight. They hold up really well and don't give me any problems on my long runs. I have very narrow feet and they fit me really well.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: I'd really recommend trying these on if you can before you buy. Many reviews say that these feel smaller than previous Wave Riders, but this wasn't the case for me. I started with WR 11s, and I've worn size 9 in every model, and they've all fit perfectly. I can see from looking down that the toe box is a little bit narrower, but apparently this wasn't a problem for me. They felt great out of the box. Another thing - I've always had to lace my running shoes heel-lock to keep my right heel from slipping, but I didn't have to with these. I'm not sure if it's because the ankle hole is smaller or if they changed something else about the design, but either way it's a welcome change. Definitely as good as the 13s if not better, and remember, don't buy a bigger size without trying them on if you can help it!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Rider 14 Running Shoe: Thank you, thank you, thank you for the Wide width! Love Mizuno but the regular is way too narrow. Great shoe, comfortable and worry free. I had to size up a half size but other than that, easy purchase. Keep the wide width Mizuno please!
