Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: After searching for so long and just excepting what other sneakers could provide be that just arch support or motion control. But this shoe does it all for me to include no need for my inserts, good forefoot runner support, a roomy toe box and the best of all finally a good fit for my narrow heels because other shoes always felt like they would fly off when I started to run. I'm happy with my purchase. I do recommend going a half size up.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: I was fitted for these shoes after it was determined that I have a mild over-pronation. I was wearing the Nike Vomeros before, and the only problem was sore knees after 7+ miles.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: I'm a big time over-pronator. I suffered from shin splints with regular stability shoes when upping my weekly mileage. I needed something with a little more support than a regular stability shoe without feeling like bricks on my feet. Problem solved! No more shin splints! The Nirvana's are so lightweight and give me the support I need. I've had two pairs and am excited to try the new Nirvana 8 with the updates.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: These are the best running shoes on the market. Thanks to RoadRunners great rerun policy, I tried several top of the line shoes before landing on these. They got me through a marathon and more. I can't comment on arch support because I had insoles heat molded for my feet. Ladies, that is a must do. And buy good socks. Your feet are worth it.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: I bought these about 2 weeks ago and instantly did 7 miles without issue. I do have custom insoles for my high arches so that helps. I have worn Nike, Brooks and Adidas, but these are my favorites. With the other brands, I needed a week or so to break them in and had sore shins in the process, but not with these. I really like the way the shoe follows the heel to toe running motion. Hope whoever reads this and buys the shoes has as great an experience with theirs as I do with mine.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: I run around 25 miles a week. These pair are my running shoes. I also have other Mizunos that serve as my group exercise shoe. The Nirvana is a very smooth ride. It's able to accommodate my wide size 9.5 foot very well. (I get a size 10). I've been running in Nirvanas for about three years, and each generation just keeps getting better.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: Shoes have been great to use straight away in longer runs, no issues with blistering/rubbing etc. After being out of this particular brand/model for some years, going back to them was no problem (even though they've released a few more editions since the last pair I had).

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Nirvana 7 Running Shoe: I recently had to have custom orthotics which meant going up a size in my running shoe. I overpronate and need both a wide toe box and a narrow heel. The Nirvana 7 made it possible to go up a size and have a heel that fits properly. They feel great on. The toe has a soft mesh that my bunions can lean into without causing pain and friction. My toes have room to move. I run about 35-40 miles a week - I feel like a can run faster and not have to think about my feet. I love these shoes!
