Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I have been buying Mizuno Wave Inspire series for many years. As the shoe develops from series to series they keep true to the fit of the past series. I like it due to the wide toe box, average arch support and overall comfort. Great shoe.

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I train minimum 30 miles per week - peeking at 45 - run marathons and IM triathlons - The Wave Inspire is the perfect amount of stability and cushioning. I have a very low arch but do not pronate so this shoe is good for neutral runners. If you have a low arch you might want to try this shoe anyway

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I've used this shoe since the Inspire 2, which also happened to be my favorite version. The following models, while still good shoes, became wider and had a lower arch. The Inspire 7 has a higher arch and considerably more locked in heel fit. I removed the sockliner to compare the lasts vs. the 5 and 6. Sure enough, Mizuno has narrowed the heel and arch fit in the 7. Took it right out of the box and ran a PR 1/2 marathon yesterday. Excellent return to a more classic Mizuno fit.

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: Just tried the Inspire 7 on at a running store in Sydney with my trusty Inspire 6s by my side. Very different feel to the 6s, the flex point feels to have move backwards slightly with a far more pronounced mid foot to toe transition. Told that the midfoot foam has been upgraded from the 6s to enhance durability. There did not appear to be an appreciable weight difference between the two but I have not sighted the specs. Ended purchasing another set of 6s as I have a race in 2 weeks. Suspect like its predecessors, that the 7 is a great shoe, just suggest you try them on first as they do feel different to the 6s. Pros

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I am a 175 lb 29 yo male with neutral gait/strike and regular width foot. I have been running in the Wave Inspire 7 for about a month now at ~25 mi/week. At first, the shoe felt a bit tight through the mid-foot but after about 20 miles or so, it broke right in and feels great now.

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: My 5th pair of Mizuno stability runners and like the previous, is a very comfortable, stable and fast trainer. Can't go wrong with these.

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I run about 35 to 40 miles a week. I find the shoes to be comfy but a little on the stiff side....Upper quality on the shoes are not par to other shoe manufacturers like brooks or pearl. Darn shoes make a squeaky rubber rubbing noise that is annoying! LOL! Anyway, overall nice shoes but I would not get another pair and just stick with Brooks GTS 11.

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I tend to overpronate and since I've started wearing the Wave Inspire's I haven't had any issues. The width is good for my fairly wide foot and the shoe breathes well. I have been wearing a size 14 for some time in casual shoes, but wear a 13 in the Wave Inspires which is actually a little big for me and allows my foot to swell. Last, I wore these for the Leadville 50 and although I regret not having trail shoes, these did a pretty good job. In slick or icy conditions they aren't ideal, but overall road running they're great!

Comments about Mens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: First off, highly recommend you try this on first. I run exclusively in Mizunos and consistently use the same size between the Elixer, Nirvana, and Inspire. I had to size up a half size with the Inspire 7 because the toe felt tight.
