Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I had the Inspire 6's and liked them but felt they wore out quickly. These are much more durable. The fit is not perfect, however, they are comfortable. These are the first shoes that I have experienced plantar fascitis with though.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I run an average of 40-60 miles per week. I've been a Mizuno shoe lover for years. I had the previous version and loved it, but this new version is lighter weight and feels like I'm flying! Great shoe for overpronators!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I am a runner training for my 3rd half marathon. The previous Mizuno Wave Inspires got me through my second half marathon, so I was eager to try the most current model. I love them. The revamped look of the shoe combined with the stability I need makes my runs so much better. I would definitely buy a few more just to have when these ones get old. I also love that they are so lightweight.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I bought these to replace my worn out Wave Inspire 6's. Got them 3 weeks before my marathon, so I had a little time to "break them in". Very comfortable shoes. Like all Mizunos I have worn, it seems they run small, and I always by a full size larger than my measured shoe size.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: Went to replace my old Mizuno's but they had been updated to this model. I am always skeptical about updates but gave them a try. Had to order a half size up from my last pair of Mizuno's which I typically had to order a half size smaller than the rest of my shoes - so I guess that gets them back to "true to size". Wore them right out of the box on a 15 mile run. They felt great, even better than the shoes I was replacing. Good cushioning, light weight, and good room in the toe box for those long run. Thanks for the update Mizuno!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: Using this Mizuno shoe to train for a marathon. Was skeptical about using any other brand besides Nike, but so far I am pleasantly surprised. The first time I wore these shoes I ran 18 miles and didn't experience any problems.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I have been active my entire life. I wish I was fitted at Road Runner Sports a long time ago. I have chronic knee pain and since being fitted I haven't had to wear my knee brace at all! In fact Ive found my endurance and strength have increased because I don't have to slow down or take a day off because of my fitting. I cannot say enough about this shoe! I hike and run outside on both pavement and dirt, treadmill and weight train in these shoes. I have an alternate pair to rotate back and forth but the Wave Inspire 7 are my go-to shoes. They have a bit larger toe box which helps when I'm in the middle of whatever workout so i don't have to loosen my laces. I highly recommend this shoe!

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I absolutely LOVE these shoes and am sad that they are endangered. I generally have issues with shoes fitting comfortably on my deformed feet (bunions) and it's rare that I find a shoe that fits comfortably and gives the cushioning and "quickness" I'm looking for. I've been training for my first marathon with these, the Mizuno Wave Rider 14s and Brooks Ravenna 2s, and these are by far my favorite. My feet are becoming wider with age but I'm in the in-between stage where the wide version of certain shoes (such as the Mizuno Wave Rider 14) feel too wide and sloppy and others feel just right; however, I feel very comfortable in the regular width of the Mizuno Inspires. I feel that the Inspires do not run quite as narrow as other Mizuno models but I wouldn't say that they have a wide toe box, either. They are just right for my feet and do not put pressure on the sore bunion joints or create any other "hot spots" on my feet. In fact, I have run a half marathon with these right out of the box (which is something I wouldn't dare do with another shoe). I've finished my long runs (18-20) in these shoes feeling like I could have continued if I wanted to, which I haven't been able to say about any other shoe.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I had issues with my hip and knee prior to buying these shoes and about a month into these shoes and even increasing my distance, my joint issues are just a memory! I will be buying these shoes again.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I run three miles seven days a week and, normally, I don't think the shoe matters that much- it's mainly the runner. Despite that, this is a really good shoe. I've only had it for a couple weeks, but I can definitely feel the difference. I could definitely deal with more arche support, but it is advertised as a mild-arche shoe, so I am not going to count that as a 'con'. The store I got it from did not have a '9 Wide' so I did have to go up a size (to 9 1/2) but that's not the company's fault. I also like the color of the shoe and the ability to lace it up pretty far on your foot (closer to the ankle.)

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I needed a running shoe that offered stability for someone who pronates. This has been great. Very breathable and lightweight, it feels a bit stripped down from the Nike Zoom Structure I was in last year, but that's what I like about it. I bought a pair earlier this spring and just bought a second pair to continue to marathon train in. My only concern is how they'll hold up over time, as they feel less cushy than some shoes in the same class, but only time will tell. Thus far I couldn't be happier.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I love this shoe for road running. I am on my third pair. It runs small, I usually wear size 7 in tennis shoe. I wear 7 1/2 in this one. But it list this info when you buy the shoe.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: These are the most comfortable, lightweight and stable runners I've used for my training and marathoning. My feet don't get tired and there is plenty of room for my toes in the toe box, yet heels stay put.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: Several times I have tried different brands of running shoes and each time I end up coming back to Mizuno. This past time, I noticed a huge difference in the cushioning, in particular. In the past, I have mainly worn the Wave Alchemy, but these Wave Inspires are nicely cushioned also. You do have to buy a half size larger than your normal shoe size, but this is recommended when buying the shoe. There is no "breaking in" of the shoes. I hit the road the minute they were on my feet.

Comments about Womens Mizuno Wave Inspire 7 Running Shoe: I loved the Inspire 6! I always order 1/2 to full size up to fit my orthotics in and have toe room. A few weeks ago ordered Inspire 7, same size. When I first put it on I thought it felt shorter, but brushed it off to needing to break it in. After a long run this week I'm having to exchange for an additional 1/2 size up! I compared it to the Inspire 6 and it is noticeably shorter! Just be warned before you order! Love the shoe, though!
