        I run 3 to 4 times a week (each run is at least 3 miles). I have had these shoes now for over a month and they feel great. Its the first time I have ever worn this brand and it may be the last time I try a new shoe! So far wear is average, if not a little better than the Nike's I had before. They seem to be wearing better than the Asics I have owned in the past as well. Two very happy thumbs up on this shoe. Try them!

          I've been wearing ASICS for years, but after my pregnancy I just couldn't get back into them. I went through 3 different styles before taking the chance on a brand switch (I had been in ASICS for so long because no other shoe had ever worked). It was love at first run with the Mizunos. I have pretty narrow feet, but I do not need to cinch the laces, nor do I need to do a runners hitch to keep my heel from slipping (which I needed with my ASICS). I have no forefoot friction, which I thought was just a part of pavement pounding. These shoes are super comfortable and I have been on a handful of 10 plus mile runs with no issues at all.

          I ran a couple marathons in the Alchemy 10 and adored that shoe. I assumed the 11 would be close to the same... whoops. They never had that bouncy new shoe feeling even on their first run, and after I ran in them a few times (maybe totalling 30 miles) my feet felt like they were slapping on the ground and the bones felt like they were oozing apart. I had to take a few weeks off running (!!) and am slowly getting back the "normal foot" feeling. So sad that these 11s aren't as wonderful as the 10s were!
