This is the third iteration of the creation that I have worn. The 11 was good, but provoked a blister on one foot after about 100 miles that I couldn't get rid of, and which seemed to be because the support at the forefoot was just not enough for me. The 12 was very close to my dream shoe, and I have worn through three pairs. The 13 is a return to the previous shoe, with a really flexible forefoot that already sent off warning bells when I got it. I have a narrow heel, wide toes, high arch, and wear superfeet orthotics. I strongly supinate. I find this shoe true to size, and it has a very narrrow and supportive heel cup with a nice feel at the heel. However the lightness and flexibility at the forefoot meant I couldn't run more than 4 miles in this shoe without that old nagging blister recurring, and quite a lot of foot pain. I would advise this shoe to genuinely neutral runners who want a light and flexible feel.
I've been wearing the Wave Creation for 6 years now, and every few models I'm a little disappointed. This is one of them. The last model I had was the 10, which I bought two of because I loved them so much, and since it came time for a new pair this (the 13)was the obvious choice. I feel like the toe box is wider than usual- I got the same size and the shoe just feels big and stiff. I thought I would break them in, but I've had them a few months and have resigned to the fact that I just don't like them. I think if I sized down they would be too short (I've made this mistake in the past), so I think this model just isn't for me. This morning it was raining so I pulled out my old pair since I don't care if they get wet/muddy, and even in the worn out old ones I felt better on my 6 mile run than I do in the new pair. Sad because I love the way these look and never like being disappointed by my old stand by!

I truly love these shoes! I received great customer support when I called Road Runner Sports to help me find the perfect shoe, and these are perfect for me. I ran six miles right out of the box and felt great. My second run was a half-marathon! They felt great, and even after 13.1 miles no blisters or sore feet. I have been an avid ASICS fan, but I really enjoy the ride of these shoes and have been converted to Mizuno.

Great Shoe But Heal Area A Little Large
running outdoors, elliptical, treadmill, strength training. I really loved these shoes, but the are behind the heal ran bug and caused the fabric to wear away. Too bad- otherwise great shoe.
good, but rock thrower
I loved these shoes, very comfortable. Only issues was running on gravel the design of the heel would pick up rocks and throw the into the back of my shoes..
Best Wave Creation I've Had So Far!
Training for two events back to back.. ordered a second pair already so I can alternate back and forth. Best lightweight cushioned Creation I've owned so far.
