The shoes are comfortable. They keep your feet snugg, but they did not work for me in long distance running. At about 5 miles my feet began to hurt I would prefer something with more cushioning they are great for everything else (cycling & gym) I run 3-4 times a week anywhere from 4-8 miles and I've had these shoes for a little over a month. They also have a good arch support.....

I needed a new pair of shoes and chose these as they were the most comfortable out of all the brands I tried on. They give great support when lifting weights and feel great on the treadmill. The perfect shoe for someone who uses all the gym equipment. I love the bright pink on them! They make the shoe!!! I even received a few compliments already at the gym from total strangers. My only complaint was the price. It definitely is more than what I was wanting to spend but in the end, happy feet allow me to go back to the gym tomorrow!

After searching for the perfect running shoe for almost 5 years, I finally found them in the Wave Nirvana 8....I run 4-5 days a week, I have worn them thru 2 Half marathons & currently wearing them to train for my first full marathon this summer. I came to RR sports to order a backup pair for my training only to find out they are not only endangered but no longer available in my size so I can stock up. Extremely disappointed :(

Just purchased these after years of wearing Brooks Trance. These fit better and are lighter and more breathable, just more comfortable all around. I need cushioning (I weigh over 150)but also want the lighter weight since I like to race. These are the perfect solution for me. So glad I found them.

Great for high arches. I run about 18 miles a week this shoe is great. The mesh makes the shoe feel cool and light.. Going to buy some before they go bye bye. :) buy a half size up then ur street shoe

I'm 5'11", weigh (around) 150, and am also a moderate to severe over pronator who runs 15-20 miles per week. These are the only running shoes I've found that I can run in several times per week without knee or shin pain. Also, my feet are narrower across the heel and the Mizuno brand always works better for me in that regard. Another color or 2 to choose from would be great, but that's really my only issue with these!

These shoes are great if you are looking for something that has a lot of support. They are lightweight and the heel sits a little higher than most shoes, feels like they help you propel forward. I am an avid runner (20-30 miles a week), and have always purchased a stability shoes. However this shoes has too much support and OVER corrects my proenation. Loved the toebox- very light and VERY breathable with plenty of flexibility (which I loved).
Really the only complaint I would have about the shoe was there was not enough cushion for me in the ball of my foot. Other than that they seemed to be a great shoe, just too much support for my feet.
I did end up giving the shoe 3 stars because of the lack of cushioning in the forefoot, which can be a big problem if you are a toe/midfoot striker.
