    The Mizuno Wave Elixir 7 Running Shoe has worked great for me - a 5' 9", 150 lb runner. Plenty of room in the toe box and a perfect fit all around. Ran 2 marathons within the last month in these shoes and my feet felt great at the finish. Will buy these again for sure.

    I can't evaluate on the basis of having run in them. But, if, like me, you have a wide foot(E width) and/or high arches/high insteps, these shoes will not work for you.

    I've always liked the fit and natural roll I got from my Mizunos and thought that these might be what I was looking for in a more minimal shoe. Unfortunantely, these come with the narrow toe box and restrictions across the top of the foot that so many of these other more minimal shoes have.

    Rundown so far:
    Minimus 10, great for my wide feet. I'd like a bit more cushioning like my Kinvara 2's. I run in these regularly. Just not long runs.

    Kinvara 2's, almost perfect but a bit too narrow...still wearable, but too narrow. Run in these regularly. Being slightly narrow I haven't tried any long runs, but will do so soon.

    PureFlow, way too narrow and tight across the foot largely due to the snazzy elastic band. Might be great for a low instep.

    Green Silence, way too narrow in forefoot.
