      I was so satisfied with my Mizuno Wave Creation 12 shoes that I did not hesitate to order the Wave Prophecy 2s before they were even released. For me they are the perfect shoe. I am a 5'7" 175 lb. male midfoot runner with neutral pronation. I am not elite by any means, but I put between 130 and 180 miles per month on the shoes. Mine do not show a lot of wear but with over 700 miles since November, I felt that they were reaching the end of their lifespan. I was so satisfied with these, that I ordered a second pair. I went up a half size because I will be running a downhill marathon this weekend and thought this would decrease the chance of toenail blisters.

      I was reticent to purchase these due to their price. I finally did and I can honestly say that I have never ever owned a pair of shoes/sneakers that were more comfortable.
      They are ultra plush and have even helped to strengthen my ankles that I have had issues with up until now.
      Excellent shoes, don't hesitate to buy these because of the price.

              First, I'm 6'1" and 200lbs with a medium to high arch and a neutral gait. I've been a runner for about 7 years now and I've gone through many pairs of shoes from Nike, Asics, Saucony, and Mizuno. I figured the Mizuno Wave Creation & the Prophecy were gimmicks like the Nike Shocks. A lady at the running store convinced me to try them on. I couldn't believe how well they cradled my foot. I decided to try the Creation's first since they are $50 less. Once I started running in them, I loved the fact that they provided the needed support for a bigger runner with out feeling too mushy. If fact, my only complaint is that they may have been a little too firm. After that great experience, I almost bought another pair of Creation's but decided to give the Prophecy's a test. I'm REALLY glad I did. This is the absolute perfect shoe more me! They are expensive, but for me they are worth every penny!
