      These are great! Very light very comfy and just perfect on every level. After trying lots and lots of minimalist shoes these were my perfect fit. I run every day 4-5 miles on paved roads. I also wear it to gym but they are not really designed for it. The best use is runnning.

        These shoes are great! I have both of the new Mizuno zero drop shoes and they feel awesome. I am transitioning to a more forefoot strike and these shoes are great for that. They offer a little protection in the forefoot but are really lightweight. I have been told that the technology they have in the shoe really actually makes it easier to run in this shoe vs. other minimal types of shoes. The flatness of the shoe lets my toes spread out and really engages them every time I strike the ground. Overall this is a really comfortable shoe that I will continue to buy. Can't wait for some new colors!

          My runner friends have been telling me to try this shoe and so I did. It is so lightweight and comfortable that I wore it out of the store! I transitioned into it slowly since its 0 drop and now it serves as my every day trainer. It is light but has just enough cushioning, especially in the midfoot, for me to run comfortably in it. I love the colors (a new one just came out and I have to get it asap). If you are interested in low profile shoes, definitely give this one a try.
