Men's Mizuno Wave Creation 16

I never understood what runners meant by the term "responsive" until I ran in this shoe. its flexible, extremely well cushioned, and it adjusts to my gait with each step. this has allowed me to push my limit on treadmills without fear of misstepping and faceplanting, a common nightmare of mine. shin-splints and foot pain are a thing of the past now too.

I absolutely loved the Wave Creation 13, but was seriously disappointed in the 14 and 15. So far I am happy with the cushioning and support of the 16s.

I finally found the extra push I need for a long run. It molded right in. The only thing I have negative was the shipping, it took more than expected

I have the wave prophecy 2 and 3. I walked around in the wave creation 16's for 4 days or so. I was wondering if I wanted to run or not in these since they felt flat to me. I decided to hit the treadmill and set it on 7.0 speed with 0.5 incline. I jogged 2.66 miles and felt really good. The feel of the run was effortless. Side note: I see that Floyd mayweather likes to run in the wave prophecy 2.

I usually run around 20 miles a weeks but sometimes more leading up to races. Have been using the wave creation line since 13 and these feel like the best ones yet. I usually just buy the older models to save some of the cost of the shoes. The shoes fit my feet perfectly and feel reasonable tight without having to pull the laces tight. The laces on these shoes are incredible; they have some elasticity to them so they remain feeling tight through the whole run. I highly recommend these shoes

I bought the most expensive model available in Australia, about 4 yrs ago now, i have used it for general running through bush tracks along the road and in the gym, before i bought this i was using adidas, Nike, and a few othere brands, and my knees were always in pain. Ever since i bought the Mizuno's i was skeptical at first, but the wave technology and alll the research they have done has definetelycreated an amazing show, my shoes still look brand new, and my knees are never sore anymore....soo all i have to say is thankyou Mizuno for the best and most durable shoe i have ever bought, keep up the great work :)

I've owned over a dozen pairs of the Wave Creation shoes and have been running in them for 4-5 years. They are improving the construction and eliminating the seams, which helps with any rubbing issues on my feet. I cannot say enough about the wave sole design. It has eliminated any issues for me regarding aching in my knee joints and hips. The wave prophecy is probably even better, but I've stuck with these due to cost. I'm replacing my shoes about every 400-500 miles. I'm 5.9, 161# and run 4 days a week. Training for the Berlin marathon in September.

just took my wave creation 16's out for a 5 mile track workout. they are scary fast and i felt like my feet might hurt from the minimal feeling of cushion. but my feet feel incredible and i had to alter my forward lean a bit. forefoot strikers will love this, it almost propels you.

These are the only pair of sneakers I will wear. I am 6'4" and 245lbs., I do not have a wide foot so most sneakers for me when you get to size 13 are too wide or bulky. These are perfect!!! They can handle my weight and hold up very well when running. I typically run 3 miles in a day, I am not a marathon runner, but for my daily runnung and working out they are fantastic.

I bought these because my feet were hurting wearing new balance when I went to our local running and soccer store and a nice employee directed me to these shoes and now my feet don't hurt me more, bravo!
