NOt enough cushioning, arch support, and padding around the heel and shoe collar. The lacing area chafes my foot after only a few miles. This would probably be a great pick if you were looking for a minimalist, performance shoe.

This is the best trail shoe I've ever worn! I was out the door minutes after they arrived, and my running was effortless. I couldn't believe it. A LOT of thought went into the construction of these trail shoes.

I have only had these ...

I have only had these shoes since Feb or March and I have to say they do not meet my needs at all. I just purchased a new pair of Adidas. I thought I wanted the exctra stability this shoe would offer but I have to say there is no where near enough cushion or arch support. When I go for short runs on gravel or trail they are fine. Anything after 3 miles, road running or treaadmill is almost unbarable. THe bottoms of my feet hurt and so do my hamstrings. Will stick to adidas cushion shoes with these high arches.

Awesome trail shoe! I was having a hard time finding the perfect trail shoe and this was my third try- I wish I would have tried these sooner! These are very light weight- I'm used to wearing Asics 2120's on the road and these don't feel much heavier than them. There's a great combination of stability and cushioning, and they work great on the trails. I usually wear a size D in running shoes (wide width), but with a thinner sock these fit me perfectly. I highly recommened these shoes!
