Bottom line this would be a great shoe if it was not for the overdone arch support. I have run in FFV for 2yrs now and love them, but needed something with a little more cushion so the bottom of my feet would not take a beating. The R.G. promises to be that shoe except for one HUGE problem, the arch support. I ran three miles and had to stop and stretch twice to keep my calves from cramping and my arches from screaming, never had this issue with FFV. I tried both my normal size and half a size smaller, the issue is not correct sizing.

    First time with a minimus type shoe. Wanted to try one out not specifically for running, but just for a walking around shoe. I found this shoe to be surprisingly comfortable, light weight and after walking for three days at Disney, felt no pain. I have tried to run in these shoes, but can only do it for short distances or sprints. I have found that running several miles causes soreness in my knees. Probably running the wrong way so I would not blame it on the shoe. Would recommend the purchase.
