        I use these shoes everyday all day. I have a callus on the ball of each of my feet that is very painful and have orthotics to help with this problem. It was easy to get my orthtics in and it seems to be very comfortable even with my problem feet.

          Runs 1/2 size small. Not especially padded and doesn't have a high arch but is comfortable for someone with a normal arch. Wore it two days after receiving it for a half marathon with no issues.
