Size down, not up, at least a full size. Shoe length and width will be comparable to full size larger than Bare Access and Glove models: thin material in the uppers means more interior room: thus the size difference. Be fully committed to barefoot running: can feel the road and the pounding too but will ultimately become stronger if they do not break you. Good for "hanging out" little to wear out. Roll them up next to your ties.
