Sat, January 19,2008:
Gloves keep hands relatively warm. Once hands get moist or wet, you can not take gloves off and put them back on: the liner, and gore-tex membrane pull away from the shell and bunch up. Its quite frustrating. Have to wait for gloves to dry out before you can readily pull them on again.
