Pretty good shoe overall. A little too spongy for me though. Would recommend this shoe for heavier runners or those wanting/needing extra cushioning. I

Light and stable for indoor running. I have another shoe for outdoor running, due to many ankle sprains, but running in this shoe is like floating on a cloud. I just wish it came in 4E because of problems with a huge bunion that seems to get worse with age. Great show!
