Was looking for something a little more stable than Asics 2100+ series, especially in forefoot, without giving up cushion or flex, and room for orthotics [flat/narrow feet] ... so far so good. Also got a pair of Asics 3000s .. pretty comparable .. NB a little heavier but not bulkier ...

Very comfortable shoe compared to my previous pair of Brooks. The only issue I have is the quality and finish details. I am curious to see if they make 400 miles.

I where custom orthodic and always have a tough time finding a good fit. This shoe fits great, holds my heel and is very sturdy and comfortable. New Balance got it right with this one.

Wow - first run in these shoes and I'm definitely impressed. It's a very stiff shoe, so it takes a little breaking in and getting used to. But after a five-miler I think I'm hooked. I want to put some more miles on them before I give them 5 stars. So far, so good!
