I do like new balance shoes and this one is very comfortable! I wear 9.5B and it fits just fine, I don't know why it says to go up on the size? You won't be unhappy with this shoe.

I love the New Balance brand. They feel comfortable from the very first wearing and never need to be broken in. The shoelaces on this pair stay tied (the round gray shoelaces on previous styles had to be double-tied to prevent them from slipping untied)

had no problems with the support of this show but twice the tongue of the shoe separated from the upper-completely! RRS replaced them the first time but this is obviously a design flaw and I will not be getting another pair.

With plantar fasciitis and a bad knee, the 992 was perfect! This 993 is killing my arches, my knees and the plantar fasciitis is back! Looking for new shoes!

love these Nb993 went from 991 to the 993 and was a bit worried but these in my opinion are way better than the 991 and lighter too. I stand all day long and these keep my back and legs from hurting like they used to. Love them... did order 1/2 size up from my normal size and they fit great.

Fitted with the 991 years ago and enjoyed the 992 with orthotics for plantar fascitis. Have worn the 993 for 2 months and pain has returned, unstable shoe and toe box has become misshapen. VERY DISSATISFIED with the 993.

The 992 fit me perfectly. Now I am in between sizes and because they changed the toe box I am forced to wear the bigger size. I am running in clown shoes until I find something else :(

Everyone agrees. Why won't New Balance listen? This shoe has little support or cushioning.Had heel and toe pain. Bring back the perfect 991!

I was hopeful this shoe would be similar to the 991. Wrong! There is no cushioning and it felt clunky. The 991 fit like a glove and the cushioning was great. I guess we 991 fans will have to keep waiting.
