I have a lot of orthopedic problems in the hips, back and feet. I just need a thicker sole. If you want to transition to minimalist, this is the perfect shoe for you. Or if you want to go thinner and lighter, this would be great. I felt a bump in the hardwood floors going into the kitchen that I didn't know was there, for the last 8 years. It just didn't work for me in the house, so I returned them without even taking them outside.

I've tried three pairs of shoesin a month with noticeable aches and pains with the Nike's and NB shoes and these are by far the best shoes, they are light weight, cute, and comfortable. So far I've put around 10miles on them and no problems.

I love these shoes! Comfortable right out of the box and incredibly light weight. I'm a walker, and these are perfect for that. I have lots of foot problems, so thrilled to find a neutral shoe that also provides good support. Have had problems with NB shoes in the past and their large toe boxes, but these fit snugly and I like that.

I've had these shoes in my road running rotation for almost a full year. They've been through the beater, and they are still holding up. The most interesting thing about these shoes is that I am a heavy underpronator (my feet roll out) which makes most of my shoes wear heavily on the outside edge first. So I replace shoes when they start to roll to the outside from wear. These shoes have still not worn out on the outside edge. I don't know if it is the design or the materials, but I'm really happy about it. I'm getting extra long use out of these shoes because of it.

I really dig this shoe! I've tried a ton of styles and brands. I did like brooks launch but anything more than 10 miles no good. Pegasus 29 awesome however just a bit too small! I have had 2 knee surgeries and like a wide toe box. For now, I love these! I say for now because I love running shoes! However, I own two pairs And have had a decrease in knee pain. Feel fast yet cushion.

This shoe fit me like a glove and felt great straight out of the box, requiring no breaking in period. They are v. lightweight, breathable and comfortable. I am a neutral shoe runner - 125 lbs, high arches, no biomechanical issues. For years, I have been loyal to adidas supernova cushion / adistar glide, never even considering another shoe until stumbling upon these NB's. Love them!

The shoes are great. I've always heard that you need to break in shoes, but I don't believe that. I had no trouble with jumping in these shoes and hitting the road. I really like how comfortable they are. They seem to run a little big though, so you have to keep that in mind. But all in all, a great shoe.

FINALLY found a shoe I loved in the original version but was looking forward to a SLIGHTLY lower profile in the update. New Balance was successful in lowering the heel/toe drop but in doing so almost made it like a stability shoe. Must have taken out all the cushioning too. Shoe feels hard, totally flat and unresponsive.
