Comments about Womens New Balance 1210 Trail Running Shoe: I have owned 2 pairs of the 1210s and will get more of them. I am an ultrarunner and wear these shoes on about every type of trail surface and for all sorts of distances. I absolutely love these shoes! I live in MD and do a lot of running on the AT and in VA. The trails in this area are pretty technical and rocky. We also have a good share of smoother and more groomed trails. And they are good for practically any terrain. They have been great on mud and snow. They drain water well. The only disappointing thing about these shoes is I have noticed that they are not great on wet, slippery rocks.

Comments about Womens New Balance 1210 Trail Running Shoe: These are among my favorite shoes for technical trail runs. When I first tried them on, I was concerned that they felt loose and would not provide enough control on the trail. However, they have been terrific on all kinds of trail conditions including rocky, muddy, sandy, uneven, steep, etc. They are well-cushioned, stable, and protective against sharp rocks. My only reservation is that the treads hold on to sticky mud a bit more than I would like, and I prefer my Salomon Speedcross for these conditions. Overall, though, these are great trail shoes!

Comments about Womens New Balance 1210 Trail Running Shoe: I love this shoe. It's got great cushioning and great traction. Even after running in them for a few months I can still feel the cushion in them when I'm on the trails. Also, when running on the trails I don't feel like I'm gonna slip and fall on the dry trails. Great little shoe

Comments about Womens New Balance 1210 Trail Running Shoe: Boy, when I pulled these shoes out of the box, I REALLY like them! I love that the tongue is sewn so that no debris can get into the shoe while you are running. The tongue is also shorter so it doesn't interfere with the bending of your foot.
