I only use motion control shoes for my over pronation. These have been fine shoes,.working with my orthotics.

This replaced some most uncomfortable Kayano 22 vice grip shoes...I have Barney Rubble feet...I need something designed wide and flat...these fit the bill...Fred F. is even considering them...I might stockpile them as they are so well suited to me 4E grape crushers...this being said ...give them a try...40,000 BedRock residents can't be wrong! I was not compensated to write this altho I would consider it :)

Great for a big man who needs motion control. Plenty of room for my Professional orthotics.

Use for fast walking (with professional orthotics). Great fit with wide toe box. 240 pounder & it feels quite sturdy.

Use it for 5-6 mile brisk walks with my goldendoodles. Very sturdy with good motion control.

I have used New Balance in the past as one of my running shoes of choice. After running in these shoes. They are still a brand I will purchase again and again. The shoe gives great support to my flat feet. I would definitely recommend these shoes to others.

Great product! I sometimes have to buy hubby a 4e since he has such wide feet. I read the reviews and purchased a 2e and 4e for him and the 2e was just right. I am exchanging the 4e for another 2e since they fit so well and he is hard to fit. Very comfortable and stylish shoe on him.

I was having problems with plantar's faciitis. I use to wear another very good brand of running shoes, but it seems they changed their heel cushioning and it just didn't work for me anymore. This shoe provides excellent cushioning and protection.

the advise was to order up half a size. That got me a big wide shoe. Not sure if I need to go up half a size and for get the 2E or go down to my regular size. Still assessing

This is a great shoe for big guys. At 6'4", 250 lbs with flat feet, this shoe is great for the following reasons. The toe is wider than most meaning a D width works well for wider feet. Great cushioning & stability & it is stylish as well.

I got this shoe because I need room for my wide feet, orthotics, heel insert, etc. It's good for my feet, but seems to be tough on my knees. Right now, I'm using them on cardio machines, not running. I'd tell friends about it, but with the problems I noted.

I purchased this shoe as a replacement to the 1340. I was skeptical at first, but it didn't take long for me to really like these shoes. In fact, I ordered another pair for my training. I am a heavy weight runner that has an over pronation problem and New Balances have been the best fit for me. I run 25 to 30 miles a week and these shoes have shown some good wear. In my opinion, the new 1340V2 are even better than their predecessors by providing a larger toe box and lighter shoe. I am looking forward to running the Rocking Roll Marathon in Savannah, Ga and I'll be wearing these shoes.

This is a very comfortable shoe with plenty of support for an overweight pronator. On top of that, it is a good looking shoe, too.

The widest shoe that that fits the best. Actually wider than some other 4E shoes.
