Greatest NB shoe ever. Comfortable, no break in necessary. Fits like a glove. However, note they run small and wear out fast. It can't be said enough, "I hope they never stop making the 763's".

Shoe runs narrow even in the 2E. Its 1/2" narrower then a comparable New Balance wide (2e) shoe.

I love this shoe. I hope they never go out of production. Once you find the right shoe, it's fantastic. Best shoe for me -- fits great, feels right, lightweight and not too expensive.

For me the most comfortable shoe I've worn in forty years of running but they do wear out very fast. I went through at least six pair before they became unavailable for a while. Fortunately they are cheap. I'm very glad to see they are back.

Wow, what can I say? I'm just not feeling this shoe! The worst experience I have ever had with a running shoe. Usually I'd have to go to K mart to get my feet to hurt this bad. The ridiculously high arch and the overwhelmingly suffocating high sides ensure that your foot will only go where the shoe wants you to. It feels like I'm running in a pair of those 80's style moon boots or downhill ski boots! Do not buy this shoe unless you are super paranoid about turning your ankle...of course you run in this thing long enough you'll probably have wicked shin splints or a fibular fracture. This shoe would be better used as doggy toy for my next door neighbor's German Shepherd!

Best running shoe I've ever had. Fits like a glove. Light, but sturdy enough for 10K's & Half's. I train w/ the 767's & 768's, and use the 763's only for races.

I've tried a lot of different shoes over the past 30+ years. I get shin splints bad, but my search for a shoe to help this ended with this shoe. My only concern is that they will quit carrying it. By the way, I use these shoes for working out at the athletic club and run four or five miles and have done so for close to a year in my first pair. Shoe still performs well with absolutely no complaints.

Had a pair of these when they were new. Getting older and glad to see they are still available. Best shoe I have ever had. Keeps me from injury. Price is great too.

These are a great pair of shoes. I have easily put 300 miles on my first pair and they are just starting to wear out. Since they are so cheap, I can just order another pair.

These are the best running shoes I've ever had. They're light, fit perfectly, and have never hurt me at all. I've been through four or five pairs, and I'm happy RR keeps carrying them. Like the other reviewers, my only complaint is that the sole wears out much too quickly.

I've been through two pairs of these shoes now: I'm a fan. They're light, fit out of the box like a glove, and haven't ever injured me (unless I overwear them).
The only problem is that they wear out extremely fast. It's not too much of an issue as the shoes are inexpensive, but the sole disappears quickly. Good shoe, just be prepared for it to die quickly.

My doctor put me in these men shoes although I am a small framed female. The incerts the PT makes for me allows for the foot issues that I have to be resolved with these shoes. Not pretty for a girl and they don't wear well (I want shoes that last for ever) but they are light weight and cheap enough to satisfy me.
