Comments about Womens New Balance 770v4 Running Shoe: I'm running again after a 4 year hiatus, & these shoes fill the bill. My distances are relatively short at this time so I'm not qualified to say how they would suit a high-mileage runner, but I find them very comfortable. They have just the right amount of cushion & stability.

Best Uses Comments about Womens New Balance 770v4 Running Shoe: I've worn New Balance shoes for several years and have seen their fit/function/performance decline on each model I've used as they "redesign to improve performance". This pair of shoes has caused such pain in one foot that I've switched to Saucony Omni 12, and they remind me of the New Balance 1225 that I absolutely loved. I replace my shoes regularly; this pair of shoes has about 100 miles on them, and I'm finished with them.
