Although I generally don't like Nike shoes, I tried these for the iPod pocket. I'm a neutral runner and have been impressed, light weight, comfortable and very durable -- much more so than my favorite Asics. Not a lot of support, if you really need it.

This shoe does not provide enough support. As a result I have injured my ankle twice while running with them Guess they will be only used for walking from now on.

While this shoe has great flexibility, I was expecting a great all around shoe for $100. I am very disappointed with the lack of traction. It's hard to turn a corner without sliding. Also, the durability is poor and so is the cushioning. I need cushioning when I run. On nike.com, this shoe is advert...
