I CAN ONLY USE THESE SHOES FOR SHORTER
DISTANCES,IE 5-10K, DUE TO POOR HEEL SUPPORT. AS FOR THE REST OF THE SHOE IT HAS EXCELLENT CUSHONING ESPECIALLY IN THE FOREFOOT.

Not bad- tried the new Pegasus 2006 and hated the feel on the arch- Took them back and went with this model. I run 8-10 miles at a clip and these have been fine. I am not in love with them but they will be fine-- after all - its just running right?

I am fairly pleased with the stability, cushioning, and wider toe box. It is a little better than the Pegasus. However, some of the black rubber cleats in the toe area tore off - and I normally run on asphalt or grass. The sectioned cleats may or may not be anchored as well as they should be. As...
