I'm a new runner training for a triathlon. I got this shoe based on a few reviews and I LOVE IT! It's super light, has good cushion, and the Nike Plus feature is really cool.
If you plan on running outside, make sure to spray a protector on this shoe because the suede-ish material on the top and sides gets really gross when it gets wet.
Good cushion, good support, and the mesh lets your foot cool as you run. And a great price!
Overall, I'm really happy with this shoe.

I have always run in ASICS. I have tried Nike before, but the heel box was always too high and pushed my toes forward. Not so in this shoe. I really like running them - the cusioning is great - it feels like running on pillows and I don't have any leg pain anymore.

I have been running in Suconeys since 1980. I wanted to use my Ipod with a nike+ shoe so I gave these I try. I am very disappointed The toe box is very narrow. The cushioning is poor and there is no stability for anyone but a neutral arch runner. I am 5'8" and around 134 and pronate. The shoes do not provide the proper stability for me to do anything but walk in them. I wish they would make other Nike+ shoes since tacking your progress with the Nike + shoe is very motivating (whatever your goals).

I have boney feet, high arches and under pronate. I weigh about 140 lbs. I bought these shoes for treadmill walking only (Woodway treadmill). These shoes are like walking on marshmallows! I do not think they'd be good for running--like the cushioning wouldn't bounce back fast enough. I've had to jog across the street a few times and even asphalt seems too spongey. I think they'd only be good for running on concrete. As for walking, for me, they're great. I don't think they'll last much longer than 250 miles but for now my feet are in heaven.
