Fri, May 02,2008:
It felt funny at first, almost too bouncy, but I've grown to really love this shoe. The cushioning is just phenomenal, like nothing I've ever run in before. At 150 pounds, I feel barely heavy enough to compress the forefoot cushioning, but it works, and it's fun. Lacing allows precision fit. Hol...

I'm 5"10, 145lbs- run 50 miles a week. This shoe is the most comfortable cushioned shoe I've worn. It really increased my motivation and joy in my runs. Love this shoe!

Fri, April 25,2008:
Ack! This is the softest show I have ever run in. Waaaay too much cushioning. Maybe its Ok if for heavier runners. Seems to only be comfortable on level surfaces; Down hill or off camber, it feels really awkward.

Best cushioned shoe I've ever tried. Not normally a big fan of Nike but these shoes rock. Used to wear the Asics Nimbus 7 which I loved and wish they still made. The 8's were awful and the 9's were even worse. From now on it's Nike Vomeros for me. Nike Rules!

Tue, April 22,2008:
While training for Hood to Coast last summer, I developed shin and knee pain. I switched from Asic Nimbus to the Vomero and ALL pain went away in 2 weeks! I'm 5'11" 180 and run about 25 miles/week. This is a great shoe!

5'11' 230. I used to wear the 06 pegs which were great but decided to try these out because of all the positive reviews. Took me a week of soreness to break them in/get used to the softness. They are a great cusioned shoe.

Sun, March 30,2008:
I don't see why so many positive reviews. Way too cushy and very slow. When I run in them, it feels like I'm running in really fine powdery sand at the beach. Not responsive at all. My calves were very sore after running for 2 days (and they never used to get sore from running) Feet started hur...

Excellent shoe. Great ride and lightwieght. I do all my long training runs in them. On my second pair.

Fri, March 28,2008:
I was a huge Asics Landreth fan until they came out with the 3rd version, which is a horrible shoe and really discouraged me from running for a while as I can't just buy $100 shoes on a whim. I had been curious about this shoe during my Landreth days, but am generally not a Nike fan. This is an amaz...

Fri, March 28,2008:
Surprisingly soft. No support problems as of yet. Great for pavement. Have used, Wave Rider 10, Landreth II, Glycerin II, and more. Light weight, roomy. Maybe, not so good on rocky trails w. unprotected air unit underneath. 175 lbs.

Mon, March 17,2008:
I have been runnibg for about 10 years and trying various neutral shoes and the Nike Vomero+2 are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever laced up! My long runs are about 8 - 12 miles and no problem!

Sun, March 16,2008:
I've been running for 17 years, have done a couple marathons, tons of 5k's, etc., and this is the most comfortable and cushioned shoe I've ever worn. The fit is perfect for me - true to size, slightly narrow to medium in heel, and a slightly wider toe box, which is perfect for my foot. I'm 6'2", 19...

Sat, March 08,2008:
Excellent shoe, although not cheap. Us 180+ individuals pay a premium for a decent shoe. Bouncy/big at first, but worth getting used to. I getting close to 1,000 miles of 90% treadmill time on mine(about 25 miles/wk in northern MN -please give me a break), and it is time to reorder. I hope to br...

I'm kind of a running shoe maven - I'm embarassed by the number of old pairs around my house. I am also 5'11, 225 lbs,not an ideal runner's build. As I have significantly upped my milage since October I have had an increase in joint and knee pain. After advice from an RRS specialist, I switched from...

I've been a runner for 15 years. This is probably one of the best shoes that I"ve had. zero break-in period. They fit perfectly, and felt great on my first run. They still feel great!

I reviewed these in November when I bought my first pair. I am now on my second pair best shoe in my 30 years of running. I can not believe Nike are not going to continue making this shoe? I don't think I've seen one negative review - does not make sense to me.

Phenomenal shoe! I used to wear stability shoes based on my arch but changed to neutral/cushioned after a stress fracture in my left foot and problems with plantar fasciitis. I ran on the Brooks Radius 6 for a while but not enough cushioning. Purchased the Nikes After reading reviews on the Vomer...

I've been running in these for the past month and still can't believe how great they are. I've done two 1/2 marathons and one long run of 15 miles and they are still sooo comfy. I've been runing in nimbus and cumulus from asics but have had no luck recently since they keep changing the design. I w...

Tue, February 12,2008:
This is a fantastic shoe for those needing cushion and no motion control. I am 6'4" and 220 pounds and this is the first shoe I have worn that allows me to run pain free. A few weeks ago, I completed my first half-marathon. Before these shoes, I almost gave up running because of patellar tendon pain...

I wear customized orthoditics with these shooes. This had to be the shoe with the best cushion. I wore the Vomero 1 and am currently in my second pair of Vomero 2. Does not seem to be a problem getting about 500 miles out of the shoe.

These are fantastic shoes. I tried the Vomero 1s which were far too narrow. I am 200 lbs and run 25 miles per week. The cushioning is perfect and excellent stability as well. Before these, I wore Asics and Saucony, but these are a cut above.
