I agree with earlier reviews that say the padding in the front of the shoe is weak. Previous year model of this shoe was great for me but this model (2207) caused caused my right front foot to hurt after the first 2 miles or so.

I have been wearing Pegs for 10 years, sometimes trying other makes and models but always coming back. I run about 2700 miles a year going 8-12 miles a day. The fit is great (appreciate the availabilty of wide) and weight is not too bad. These have held up well in the toe region, correcting problems...

Have used the Pegasus before without any problems. As soon as I started to use these shoes, I developed pain in my arches and also in my lower back. My feet feel like they are sliding around inside the shoe. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Just look at the ratings.

This shoe has a snug fit but terrible arch support and if you run to much the insoles start to slide around and is very annoying

I've used the Pegasus as my primary trainer (full marathons) for the past several years and have zero complaints...well perhaps a little more mileage before the need of replacement would be nice but that is probably due to the surfaces I train upon. That said, those complaining should consider shed...

Hey goose go with the air max moto 5 it defintily better than this shoe.I had to send both pairs to nike after about 70 miles.I got a product voucher on one pair atleast,they both had the same problem lost all its cushion!

I used to like Pegasus, but as each new year model came out after 2004, I have hoped, in vain, that the problems would be fixed. Instead, steadily worse each yesr. It's time to bury the Pegasus name and I will move on to a new vendor. Nike has lost me as a customer.

Had 4 pairs of Pegasus before getting a 2007 pair. Have clocked up approx. 100 miles but each time I wear them I have sore feet afterwards. Then got achilles tendonistis and find that it is made much worst when I wear these shoes. If I wear an old pair I have no pain at all !!!

Peg user since 1988. Worst edition ever-no cushion, quick sole wearout. IPOD insertion fouled up cushioning. Nike, fix the shoe or stop making it. These are an embarrassment to the Nike brand name.
