I love these shoes! I have been running comptetively on high school and division I college cross country tsams for the past 9 years. These are one of my favorites and i am very disappointed that they are being discontinued. I also have had very bad plantar facitis for the past four years and it disappeared with these shoes. After wearing the new model it came back. Great shoes for lots of mileage and i defifitely reccommend these shoes!

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

I made the mistake of buying the shoe for its looks & not bothering to use the shoe catagory that fits my feet the best. This shoe is designed for high arches & I have absolutely flat feet. 2 weeks after purchasing the shoes, I started having knee problems. I run about 10-15 mi per week and have never had any problems with my prior running shoes (Asics). So I make it a point to fit the shoe to fit your arch!!

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

I can't believe these shoes are already being discontinued. I just bought my first pair! After reading the reviews and trying them at Niketown, I was afraid they would not hold up like the Pegasus 2006, which I LOVED. But they have been quite comfortable on long runs. I have been wearing Nike shoes for the last 30 years, but please, Nike, don't discontinue the Pegasus. Maybe they will have a 2008 model?

By Sue

from Undisclosed

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

I normally run in Asics Cumulus, but tried these when I couldn't get a pair of Asics to replace my dying set. They are very soft--very much like the first Pegs brought back ca. 2000. I liked those "early" Pegs, but had moved away from subsequent releases that I found too firm and hard on my foot. These are a highly cushioned shoe, especially in the toe box. I like them, but you need to have an efficient stride or the cushioning will not support your gait. After about 4 miles, I begin to get hotfoot, but I find that with all very cushioned shoes (to include Asics Nimbus). These are not for someone who needs a lot of support. The toe box is somewhat snug. You may find you need to go up a size from what you wear in other brands.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

My '02s are still my favorite. These are comfy right out of the box; however, the heel is not narrow enough. I have to tie them funky to keep the heel from slipping. Also I have had my left foot cramp and my right toe go numb. The high points, I feel, are the breathability and responsiveness. I don't love these for running, but I love them for weight training and walking. Nikey, if you read these reviews, please bring back the 02!

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

The shoe is too wide in the forefoot. I'm a male runner that uses the womens shoe in hopes of a narrower fit, but no such luck. I wish nike would narrow the forefoot for a snug fit. I do not buy these shoes anymore. I'm looking for a replacement.

had to walk at boston last year because of foot pain caused by a $120 pair of saucony triumphs, switched exclusively to pegasus 06, and no more pain! however, with less than 20 miles on my new pegasus 07, the pain is back, and the toes of the left foot hurt too, they're going back tomorrow, now i don't know which shoes to try.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

I've worn Pegasus exlusively since 2002 or therabouts (I've worn them much farther in the past, circa 1991!). I LOVE the 2002s. These, I don't like. they are not as responsive and less cushioned than past versions, and for the first time in my life I'm having lots of calf problems, even though I run extremely low mileage now. So I stopped wearing them and switched back to a discarded pair of '02s that I've got lying around. I think I am going to try the Air Max Moto.

I have been running for just over a year now and I have completed 3 marathons. I have had the hardest time finding running shoes. My toes would go numb, and I felt as though I had rock on the bottom of my feet.I had terrible IT band pain. I tried every kind of shoe that I could. Asics, Saucony, Mizuno, etc and finally found the Nike Pegasus. The shoe is very comfortable. The cushioning is excellent. I am a nurse and have worn these shoes to work also and my feet feel great.. I am so glad that I finally found the right shoe.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

I have had these shoes since July and am training for my first marathon in October. I bought these because I have the 2006 Climax version and LOVED them. However, I too have experienced severe leg pain, mostly on my left leg. It has been a new feeling since I began weraing these shoes. I thought it was because I was logging more miles, however, I am just as effiencent as I was July. Now I know why, I do not know the cause but I feel if there is a consenus of 3, then there is enough reason to believe it is the shoe. I am going to order a different pair and see how it works out.

Comments about Womens Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007 Running Shoe:

At first, I loved these shoes, but now with 100+ miles, I find them too soft, too roomy, and I swear the minute I take my first step of a run, I have leg pains. I guess I really need more of a stability shoe because my Asics Cumulus provide much more support and allow me to enjoy every moment of my ride (even though they give me blisters in the end). The search continues....
