Mon, February 25,2008:
Not enough cushioning for marathons as a replacement for the Percept. But I found it okay for 8-milers and less, and the upper design is great for hot climates. Nike would have a real winner if they included the two-zone rather than the full-length air cushioning system. The lacing system was not...

I definitely give this shoe 5 stars! It has held up as my everyday trainer for about 350 miles! At first I didn't expect it to last this long, but it is quite durable. This is a great shoe for forefoot strikers who like a fast, light trainer. It's narrower than the Apace, which is the reason I like it much better. Great shoe for narrow, high arch feet. Durable, too!

This shoe replaced the short-lived Hayward. If you had the opportunity to try the Hayward and liked it, you'll also like this shoe. A little narrower in the forefoot than the Apace (which has a wide forefoot), and more like an average forefoot width. This is really nothing like the former Skylon ...

This shoe is much narrower than the Apace which it is said to replace. It is so tight I can't wear it. The Apace fit my foot perfectly and I could run a 10-miler right out of the box.
