Since I have won either my age group (45-49) or overal Masters in my last 3 races wearing these. i can say they have assisted me in my feet feeling refreshed, not cramped (extra thumb width above toe), and ready to order another pair. I will be wearing these in the Georgia Marathon in two weeks.

I am a slow runner and I finished my first marathon in San Diego with these shoes. Overall refreshed but feet cramps in the feet. Turned out that the shoe size was too small for the long distance. Bought a second pair 1/2 size larger and finish the difficult San Francisco Marathon. No pain at al
