These are the worst shoes I have ever run in! My first time out I experienced knee pain so bad, I was unable to run for two months; it took that long for my knee swelling to go down! After, I tried to wear them casually, but was unable to because it aggravated my plantar faciitis. I was unable to wa...

This is my first time running in Nikes and I love the way they fit my foot but I ran a 10 miler and also a 15K and I ended up with severe knee pain I have never felt before. I only wear them on the elliptical.

These shoes feel like they don't have as much coushining as the previous models. Fit is narrower than before and the heel slips. I liked the last two models much better than this one.

They feel comfortable with good fit for my narrow heel and forefoot, but I'm still getting shin splints. I feel like it could be a bit more cushioned in the heel. Overall, a decent shoe that's comfortable for those with narrow feet.

Just an "ok" shoe - I had the 10's and they worked well. These don't support my forefoot at all and feel like they are breaking down faster than the 10s. The balls of my feet already hurt and I am not due for new shoes for another 3 months based on mileage. Won't get these again...

I loved the 10s great shoes and Nike dropped them for the so called upgrade! Knee pain and they just seem stiff- I only run with the 11s on a treadmill now- will not run on the roads- Thanks Nike keep up the good work of fixing shoes that don't need it!

I was a bit apprehensive at first when I realized that the model had been changed, but I ordered anyway and was pleasantly surprised. To me, the changes were slight. This shoe fits great and breathes well. I would absolutely buy again...way to go Nike!!

Love these shoes, feel like they were made for me! I am 186cm and about 75kg and run about 40km to 70kms a week in varying terrain & the shoes have been great. Would definately recommend.

Mon, July 14,2008:
LOVE these shoes! They are lightweight, flexible and cushioned - my criteria for running shoes is that I should not be able to "feel" the shoe when I am running - these fit the bill!

Thu, July 03,2008:
I was looking forward to these. The 10's were the first shoe I've worn in years that I didn't blister in. Unfortunately, with the new upgrade they've made the shoe more shallow, which doesn't work for folks with orthodics. So, I found another 10 online and will change shoes at the next replacemen...

I think this is a great shoe for the money. I used to run in the Equalon II which is an EXCELLENT shoe if you want to pay extra. This one delivered!

Like running on cardboard. Neep pain immmediatly. I ran in the 10s and likely them a lot although they were too high and I rolled my ankle trail running. I will stick to the hurricanes.

Great shoe. I have tried many others and this is the one I keep coming back to.

Wed, May 07,2008:
I had worn this shoe years ago when it came in a wide width. I was excited to see I could get it in a "D" again! I bought the shoe and was not dissappointed. The cushioning is great, and the fit is perfect for me: plenty of room for the toes, without being floppy in the heel. Nike, please keep ...

such a great shoe. plenty supportive but has a smooth roll to it.

I love the 11s! I own the 10s, but they are too bulky, with a much bigger toebox. The 11s are much trimmer and a WAY better running shoe. 100 miles on them thus far and loving every moment. They're great! HAPPY RUNNING!

Great fit for me. I'm a runner. I dont want a sloppy fit. Love the forefoot cushioning too.

I loved the 10s and thought I would love the 11s but I was wrong. The 11s are narrower than the 10s. They start out feeling great but half way through my run, I have to loosen the laces...never had a problem with the 10s. I have replaced all my thicker socks with thin ones and that seems to help.

I hesitate to even give these shoes one star. I wore them for about a half a mile and my feet and knees screamed in pain. They are going back today.

If you thought the 10s were the perfect running shoe, then the 11s are not likely to work for you. Feels like a different shoe and does not feel as stable. Am returning mine.

I have only worn Air Structure Triax for many years. This is by far the best design and comfortable fit, for this shoe. The 10's got loose too soon for me.

Tue, March 04,2008:
If you loved the Air Structure Triax 10, you may be disappointed with the 11 - the 10 offered more correction for slight pronation... the 11 does not. I returned the 11s after experiencing knee pain.

I have trouble w/ a narrow heel and had some slippage with this shoe. The worst part was the arch supports gave me blisters and I bled through my sock - after having run in them for 3 weeks trying to break them in. I'm going back to Adidas.

Love the comfy fit. Fits my foot snug - but not too narrow, not too wide. Perfect.

Completely agree with Steph... Nikes used to be too narrow, then too baggy. This one is "just right". I heard all the bowerman shoes would change to this great new fit.
