very good if you are trying to learn running with YOUR feet and ending pronation woes! The onl¥ shoe I can run in that does not hurt m¥ knees! I would advise practicing running barefoot to learn the correct stride, but get these - they're great!

Noticeably wide and flat in the toe area. Comfortable but I feel like a duck in these shoes.

I ordered these shoes, thinking they would feel similar to the Nike Free 5.0. Not even close. The insole arches are too high and stiff, and cause pain in flat feet. I would guess that these shoes would work well for people with medium to high arches, but unfortunately for me, I had to send them back.

Luv'em !! Superb ! Have spent months and months trying to find the suitable pair..Can't live with out them.Wear them running , walking , playing footy and at work( in my office job in a suit) ..A very natural feeling ...Makes me feel walking around in barefeet! Sometimes i forget to take them off Very responsive in running Must try the 3.0 for my Triathlon and 5.0 for my long distance running races
