very good if you are trying to learn running with YOUR feet and ending pronation woes! The onl¥ shoe I can run in that does not hurt m¥ knees! I would advise practicing running barefoot to learn the correct stride, but get these - they're great!

Noticeably wide and flat in the toe area. Comfortable but I feel like a duck in these shoes.
